Lately I have been able to really polish my facilitation skills and coach others to do so too (Including my husband who had an important meeting to run -- we co-created such a fabulous and impactful opening). 

It's great to get back to basics on how to engage others so they can learn.  (It feels like I'm creating stronger connections.)

The Eyes Have It To Improve Memory

Somewhere else in this blog I mention how looking up can cause your mood to lift.  Here research indicates that looking from left to right (the shifty look) can help you improve your memory.  If you forgot where you placed your wallet do the shifty look for 30 seconds.

Ok, so Mr. Carnegie is a little old fashioned (first published in 1936), and I was certainly not impressed with their hiring process for corporate contract trainers (I'll fill you in if you want to know), but nonetheless, Dale's relationship management basics are classic.
