When you create a new blog, it looks a little boring. Adding color and design to it makes it more appealing. This is often called "skinning" your blog. Here are the steps to skin your blog.
1. Go to movabletype.org
2. On the left hand column under �For Current Users�, click on �Default Styles�
3. Click on a style you like (such as Clean, Trendy, Georgia Blue, etc.)
4. The screen will go to the code for that style�.click on SCREENSHOT to view it
5. Click once anywhere inside the template box
6. Press control a to select all
7. Press control c to copy
8. Login to your Movable Type user account.
9. Click on Manage Weblog
10. Click on Manage Templates
11. Click on Stylesheet
12. Click once anywhere in the box that displays below (i.e, Template Body)
13. Press control a to select all
14. Press control v to paste the new template
15. Click on save
16. Click on rebuild (which displays on the top of the screen)
17. Click rebuild again on the pop up window that appears.
18. View site to see if you like your new �skin�
NOTE: These are a few �free� movable type default skins. There are skins you can pay and you can even design your own.
